Website analytics and CRM attribution

Analytics is optional. The inquiry form works when you decline. If you accept, secure first-party cookies hold random browser and session identifiers. We record page paths, service-button clicks, campaign labels and referring origins, without URL queries or fragments. We do not identify visitors by IP address, fingerprints, or across devices.

When you submit an inquiry, the consented browser segment can be linked to the contact matching the submitted email. This is observed browser activity, not verified identity. We rotate the segment after submission, so later browsing remains anonymous until another inquiry. Analytics consent does not subscribe you to marketing.

Browser activity has a 90-day retention limit with daily deletion. Manage cookies lets you decline or withdraw, which stops new tracking and removes associated browser history. A minimal revocation record remains until the original consent expires to prevent reuse. If cleanup is temporarily unavailable we retry on a later visit. Clearing cookies independently may prevent immediate matching for cleanup; retention still applies. Inquiry and business records are retained separately to respond to requests. Google Analytics, when offered in the cookie notice and accepted, measures page visits and confirmed inquiries. Form answers, contact details, URL query strings and fragments are not sent to Google. Existing first-party consent does not automatically opt you into Google Analytics. Google Analytics storage and processing are separate from the first-party history described above; withdrawing stops future Google measurement and clears its browser cookies, but does not delete previously sent Google data. Metricool website statistics load only after acceptance of the updated cookie notice. Metricool receives the visited page URL, referring page and browser viewport size. Declining or withdrawing prevents future Metricool page measurements; it does not delete statistics already sent to Metricool. Legacy identity trackers are not enabled.
